HBO – Hacks (Season 2)

LOS ANGELES

Through their PR agency, for a second time Sweeter worked with HBO Max to help expand on a massive billboard takeover campaign to create buzz around the premiere of Season 2 of their hit show “Hacks” in greater Los Angeles. Sweeter commandeered a fully branded motor coach, outfitted to look exactly like the tour bus on the show on one side and a massive billboard on the other, we toured around key market areas, including Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Hollywood Blvd, Santa Monica Pier, HBO’s offices and a few of their media agency partners.  Other deliverables included hundreds of servings of soda from a custom installed real Diet Coke soda fountain on the bus, much like the soda fountain that appears on the main character’s tour bus –  a flat screen monitor playing the show trailer and a local team of curated brand ambassadors to engage the crowds.
