Breast Cancer Awareness – Wacoal Bra Fittings

Don’t get us wrong, we are always inspired and motivated to do the best we can, however, when working on a philanthropic project that boosts awareness in the community and supports a very real cause, our passion is through the roof.  For two seasons, in conjunction with wanting to support the Susan G Komen Foundation, Wacoal and their PR firm tasked Sweeter with creating a mobile pop up where women could tackle the age-old problem of being properly fitted by expert bra consultants. Sweeter helped drive a “Fit for the Cure”.  In order to attract and engage guests, we produced a beautifully decorated glass walled truck, a branded Wacoal tent, delicious sweet food & beverage giveaways and a spinning wheel of chance where guests won the coolest Wacoal branded swag & real in store cash to use toward a Wacoal purchase.  For every woman who participated, and there were many, Wacoal donated a cash amount that went directly to support Breast Cancer Awareness.

What we did...

  • Permitted high foot traffic, relevant shopping area in SoHo, NYC.
  • Designed and built-out pink photo moment lounge inside glass truck.
  • Provided delicious hot chocolate in branded cups with branded marshmallows & custom printed cookies for all guests.
  • Implemented a spinning wheel of chance game for guests to win keepsake items to remember the brand.
  • Procured a custom printed tent for private bra fittings on site with proper seating, mirrors and heat to keep guests warm.
  • Sweeter’s own diverse group team of brand ambassadors inviting guests into the experience.
